**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving their inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-term loyalty.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide accurate and timely information about our products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Identify and report trends in customer feedback.
- Contribute to the development of customer support processes and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other support tools.
- Basic technical knowledge related to our products and services.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
