**INSIDE SALES EXECUTIVE - SOFTWARE SERVICES AND PRODUCTS**

**Job Brief**

**Responsibilities**
- Qualify leads by understanding client needs, identifying pain points, and presenting the appropriate software solutions or services to meet those needs.
- Effectively demonstrate and explain the features, benefits, and value proposition of the company’s software services and products.
- Maintain and update detailed records of all prospect interactions, sales activity, and client data in the CRM system to ensure efficient lead management and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and tailored pitches to convert leads into customers.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing, including contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Conduct product demos, presentations, and walkthroughs for prospective clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and new software offerings to position the company’s products effectively in the market.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business, upsell opportunities, and overall customer satisfaction.
- Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company.

**Requirements and Skills**
- Proven experience as an Inside Sales Executive or similar sales role, preferably in software sales or technology products.
- Strong knowledge of software services, products, and solutions, with an understanding of the software sales cycle.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to understand client needs and offer tailored software solutions.
- Proficient in using CRM systems, sales enablement tools, and communication platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple leads and priorities effectively.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and targets.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology, or a related field (preferred).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
