Job Description: Inside Sales Executive

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales

Sales, and B2C Sales. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving our sales

efforts, connecting with potential customers, and helping the business grow.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers for lead generation and sales.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide relevant solutions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions with customers and potential leads.
- Work with the team to analyze sales performance data and strategize for continuous

growth.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service to ensure

customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends to effectively address customer

needs.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or any regional

language (Hindi, Marathi, Malayalam, Tamil, Gujarati).
- Convincing Skills: Ability to persuade and influence customers effectively to close

sales.
- Agility: Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Motivation: A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond.
- Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform

decision-making and improve sales performance.
- Growth-Driven: Enthusiasm for personal and professional growth within the company.

Desired Skills:

- Graduation in any field.

Flexible with working days and times, as required by the business needs.
