Job Title: Assistant(Only Male Candidates)
Candidate would be working very closely with the Director of the company helping them in day to day coordination
Project Coordinator will be responsible for a range of tasks focused on project organization, communication, and support, including:
Project Monitoring & Reporting: Track project progress, monitor timelines, and ensure all deliverables are on schedule. Prepare regular status reports and presentations for the Director, highlighting key milestones, potential risks, and resource utilization.
Coordination and Communication: Serve as the central point of contact for all project stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication between internal teams (e.g., technical, finance, operations), external partners, and senior management.
Documentation Management: Maintain and organize all project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, resource allocation schedules, contracts, and change requests, ensuring easy access and version control.
Meeting Management: Schedule, prepare materials for, and attend key project meetings (e.g., steering committees, progress reviews). Document action items and follow up to ensure timely completion.
Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the DGM and Director specifically related to project activities, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting for project-related matters.
Risk and Issue Logging: Assist the project leads in identifying, logging, tracking, and escalating project risks and issues to the appropriate stakeholders, particularly the Director, for swift resolution.
Resource Allocation Support: Help monitor and track the allocation of project resources (personnel, budget, equipment) in collaboration with the DGM's directives.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Skills:
o Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
o Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills necessary to interact professionally with all levels of staff and external contacts.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
o Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative while also being a collaborative team player.
o A high degree of confidentiality and discretion is mandatory due to the nature of working closely with the DGM and Director.
