
Business Development Executive

RL Technologies is a training institute focused on equipping students and professionals with in-demand skills in Full Stack Development, Digital Marketing, Data Science with AI, and DevOps. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive partnerships, promote our courses, and manage placement operations.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, schools, and academic institutions.
- Collaborate with partners for student engagement programs, seminars, and training workshops.
- Identify and approach potential partners to promote RL Techologies training programs.
Business Development & Collaboration
- Develop strategies to increase student enrollments through collaborations with schools, colleges, and companies.
- Conduct presentations and meetings to showcase the value of RL Techologies's training courses.
- Negotiate partnership terms and maintain long-term collaborations.
Placement Operations
- Coordinate with companies to create placement opportunities for students completing the training programs.
- Maintain relationships with hiring partners and HR managers.
- Track student placement activities and ensure smooth execution of placement drives.
Marketing & Promotion
- Support the marketing team in executing promotional campaigns and events.
- Represent RL Techologies at industry events, career fairs, and academic workshops
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in business development, client handling, or institutional partnerships.
- Experience in placement operations or recruitment coordination preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong network with schools, colleges, or corporate HR teams will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
