About the Role:

We're seeking a driven and strategic leader with hands-on experience in channel sales, particularly in commercial and investment real estate. You will be responsible for building and nurturing broker/channel partner networks, driving sales targets, and creating effective go-to-market strategies tailored for the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand channel partner networks across Noida and Greater Noida.
  • Drive sales through relationship management, channel engagement, and regular broker meetups.
  • Monitor real estate market trends, competitor activities, and buyer preferences to refine strategy.
  • Execute sales and marketing plans with a strong focus on channel-driven lead generation.
  • Provide mentorship and leadership to the channel sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Ensure smooth communication and timely coordination between internal sales teams and external brokers.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Experience: 8–15 years in real estate, with a proven track record in channel sales.
  • Regional Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the Noida and Greater Noida property market.
  • Leadership: Experience in managing and mentoring high-performing channel sales teams.
  • Sales Tools: Proficiency in CRM and sales automation tools to drive results.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Goal-Oriented: Sharp focus on conversions, targets, and revenue generation.
