Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
Channel Sales Manager
to join our Real Estate team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in channel partner management, agency sales, and real estate business development. This role requires building and nurturing relationships with channel partners, driving sales performance, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and agencies.
  • Drive sales through effective channel partner engagement and coordination.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets as per company goals.
  • Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and promotional activities for channel partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
  • Support channel partners in deal closures and client meetings.
  • Provide timely updates and reports on sales performance, pipeline, and revenue forecasts.
  • Ensure smooth coordination with internal teams for project updates, pricing, and customer support.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5–6 years of proven experience in Real Estate Sales, Channel Sales, or Agency Sales.
  • Strong network of brokers, channel partners, and agencies in the NCR region.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.
