Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Monitor team performance, set KPIs, and conduct regular performance reviews
  • Conduct sales training and onboarding for new team members
  • Identify new market opportunities and customer needs through market research
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine go-to-market strategies
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and dashboards for senior management
  • Resolve escalated customer or client issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure the use of CRM tools and maintain accurate sales pipeline records

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus)
  • Proven experience in IT product or service sales
  • Experience in managing or leading a sales team
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze sales metrics and identify areas for improvement
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of software solutions such as ERP, CRM, SaaS platforms
  • Experience in selling to SMBs or enterprise clients
  • Comfortable with digital tools and remote team collaboration
  • Strong presentation skills
