Senior Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to meet and exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives
- Monitor team performance, set KPIs, and conduct regular performance reviews
- Conduct sales training and onboarding for new team members
- Identify new market opportunities and customer needs through market research
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine go-to-market strategies
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and dashboards for senior management
- Resolve escalated customer or client issues in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure the use of CRM tools and maintain accurate sales pipeline records
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus)
- Proven experience in IT product or service sales
- Experience in managing or leading a sales team
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze sales metrics and identify areas for improvement
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of software solutions such as ERP, CRM, SaaS platforms
- Experience in selling to SMBs or enterprise clients
- Comfortable with digital tools and remote team collaboration
- Strong presentation skills
