Role Description
This is an on-site full-time role for a Senior Sales Executive located in Ravet, Pune. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving real estate sales by developing strategic sales plans, nurturing client relationships, and executing sales strategies. Daily tasks include conducting market research, identifying potential clients, presenting property offerings, negotiating deals, and closing sales. Additionally, the role demands collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in real estate sales, client relationship management, and property presentations
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
- Market research and strategic sales planning abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
- Experience in the Pune Real Estate market
