Senior Inside Sales Executive

Position Overview
The Senior Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by generating qualified leads, managing inside sales operations, and coordinating with OEMs, distributors, and field sales teams. The role demands a strong understanding of IT products and solutions, excellent communication, and a result-driven approach to achieve sales targets.
This position serves as a key link between customers, internal teams, and OEM partners, ensuring seamless pre-sales coordination and timely order closures.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Business Development
- Proactively identify and qualify business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, and reference networks.
- Maintain an active database of potential customers across enterprise, SMB, and government segments.
- Follow up on marketing-generated leads and convert them into sales-qualified opportunities.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
- Understand client requirements related to servers, storage, networking, firewall, and cloud infrastructure.
- Present appropriate solutions in collaboration with the pre-sales and technical teams.
- Maintain excellent relationships with existing customers to drive renewals and upselling opportunities.
- Handle customer queries, quotations, and commercial negotiations professionally.
Quotation & Commercial Management
- Work closely with OEMs and distributors for pricing, solution configuration, and special deal approvals.
- Prepare accurate proposals, techno-commercial quotes, and RFP responses.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and billing.
- Track purchase orders, payment follow-ups, and collection schedules.
Coordination & Reporting
- Collaborate with field sales, pre-sales, and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain updated sales data in CRM (leads, funnel, and closure status).
- Generate periodic MIS and pipeline reports for management review.
- Support the marketing team with input on campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Achievement of quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Number of qualified leads generated and converted.
- Customer satisfaction and retention rate.
- Timely follow-up and CRM accuracy.
- Contribution to new business accounts and renewal revenue.
