Job Overview:
The Inside Sales Executive / Senior Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth for Emergys by engaging prospects, nurturing leads, and closing opportunities for our diverse digital transformation product and service offerings—including SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Data & Analytics, Cloud Solutions, AI, Hyperautomation, and Low Code/No Code platforms.
This position reports directly to the Inside Sales Manager and requires effective remote selling across phone, email, and online channels, as part of a high-performance inside sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities using both inbound and outbound strategies.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Deliver product demonstrations and sales presentations to prospective clients, clearly articulating the value proposition of Emergys.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline and document sales activities in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to understand the latest company offerings, market trends, and customer needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring exceptional customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
- Proactively grow relationships with clients and actively seek upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Understand and leverage paid and unpaid lead generation platforms, such as Sales Navigator, , and similar tools.
- Demonstrate continuous learning—engage with new product trainings and seek to develop a deep understanding of current and future Emergys offerings by participating in office discussions and workshops.
- Provide timely reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required (Business, Marketing, or related technical field preferred).
- Proven experience in inside sales or related roles in B2B tech/service environments; senior-level candidates require 2 to 3+ years and a strong record of meeting/exceeding targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present complex solutions in an accessible manner.
- Demonstrated drive, diligence, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an eagerness for continuous learning—an ideal candidate is passionate about developing expertise in Emergys' products and services each day.
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools such as Sales Navigator and and a solid understanding of paid and unpaid lead generation channels.
- Strong negotiation, client relationship management, and market research skills highly desirable.
