We are now expanding our business development team and looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Executive to help us connect with potential clients and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to corporates, institutions, and business leaders to pitch recruitment and talent acquisition services.
  • Conduct industry mapping to identify potential clients and market opportunities.
  • Research and identify decision-makers (CXOs, HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders) within target organizations.
  • Utilize tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, EzyLeads, RocketReach, Lusha, etc., to source relevant leads and contact details.
  • Initiate contact through calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages to set up meetings or discovery calls with potential clients.
  • Maintain and update lead databases and CRM systems.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to build a strong sales pipeline and contribute to revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • 1–4 years of experience in Inside Sales / Lead Generation / Business Development, preferably in recruitment, consulting, or B2B services.
  • Strong communication skills (spoken and written) and a confident, persuasive approach.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
  • Good understanding of industry research, mapping, and stakeholder identification.
  • Hands-on experience with lead generation and prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, RocketReach, Lusha, EzyLeads, etc.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
