We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive with a strong background in real estate sales. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling walk-ins, client meetings, site visits, and closing deals for residential projects.

Role & responsibilities

  • Handle client inquiries and generate leads through various channels.
  • Conduct site visits and provide detailed project presentations to clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure excellent post-sale services.
  • Work closely with the marketing and CRM team to ensure smooth lead management.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 2+ years of experience in real estate sales.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle clients confidently and close sales effectively.
  • Good understanding of Pune real estate market (especially Sinhagad & Bavdhan area).
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
