Role Overview
We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager (IT Sales) with at least 2+ years of experience in IT/software sales. The role involves generating new business opportunities, handling client acquisition, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through lead generation (cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, B2B portals).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international clients.
- Understand client requirements and present customized IT/software solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
- Manage the complete sales cycle: lead → proposal → negotiation → closure.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in IT Sales / Software Solutions / Business Development.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in international sales/client acquisition preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM tools & MS Office.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
