As a Compliance Execu ve in 3rd Party Collec ons, you will play a crucial role in ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and compliance standards specific to the collec ons industry. The primary focus will be on client support, consumer email support, dispute management support, file reviews, and effec ve communica on within the organiza on.

Key Responsibili es:

Dispute Management Support: Assist in managing and resolving disputes in compliance with industry regula ons. Work closely with internal teams to inves gate and address any compliance-related disputes.

Consumer Email Support: Respond promptly and professionally to consumer emails, addressing compliance-related concerns and queries. Provide clear and concise informa on regarding compliance procedures.

Client Support: Collaborate with clients to address inquiries related to compliance procedures and regula ons. Ensure a clear understanding of client requirements and maintain proac ve communica on channels.

File Reviews: Conduct thorough reviews of collec on files to ensure compliance with the Fair Debt Collec on Prac ces Act (FDCPA) and other relevant 3rd party regula ons. Iden fy and rec fy any discrepancies or non-compliance issues in a mely manner.

Communica on: Maintain open lines of communica on with internal teams to disseminate informa on regarding compliance updates and changes. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement correc ve ac ons and improvements based on compliance feedback.

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abili es:

Fair Understanding of FDCPA & Other 1st and 3rd Party Related Regula ons: Possess in-depth knowledge of the Fair Debt Collec on Prac ces Act and other relevant 3rd party regula ons. A en on to Detail, Time Management, and Decision-Making Skills: Demonstrate a keen a en on to detail when reviewing files and handling compliance-related tasks.

Effectively manage me to meet deadlines and make informed decisions in compliance ma ers. Teamwork and Individual Work: Work collabora vely with team members and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to compliance. Ability to work independently when necessary, taking ownership of compliance tasks and responsibili es.

Follow-Up and Implementa on: Be vigilant in following up on compliance-related plans and ensuring their effec ve implementa on.

Provide mely feedback and updates on the progress of compliance ini a ves. 3rd Party Collec ons Experience: Possess a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in 3rd party collec ons. Demonstrate a track record of successfully naviga ng and managing compliance issues in a collec on's environment. Flexibility and Sense of Urgency: Demonstrate flexibility in adap ng to changing compliance requirements. Act with a sense of urgency to address and resolve compliance issues promptly.
