  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment- Develop and implement recruitment strategies and Assist TA team to ensure timely closure of all open positions
  • Employee Engagement & Retention- Conduct periodical sales executive interaction and action plans. Organize engagement activities and initiatives .Monitor and improve employee retention strategies
  • Performance Management- Implement performance management systems (PMS), Conduct training on performance management tools for managers. Support managers in setting performance goals for employees
  • Learning & Development- Identify employee skill gaps and development needs (TNI), Develop and implement learning programs
  • Employee Relations & Compliance- Handle employee grievances and conflict resolution, Conduct exit interviews and analyze reasons for attrition
  • Strategic HR Initiatives- Collaborate with leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives. Implement change management strategies during organizational changes (Policies & SOPs / Communication / Implementation / Coordination). Assist leadership team in revamping Sales Org Chart and maintain the same

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400, ₹700,000.00 per year
