**Reward and Recognition Processes**:

- Plan, organize, and execute end-to-end reward and recognition processes at predefined intervals.
- Collaborate with Global HRBPs to ensure consistency and alignment with overall organizational objectives.
- **Employee Engagement**:

- Plan, organize, and execute local townhalls, engagement events, and other initiatives to foster a positive and engaging work environment.
- Ensure regular employee connects, team connects, and Manager connects within the organizational unit.
- Drive employee engagement action planning based on inputs from employee engagement surveys.
- Monitor and address performance concerns raised by managers, collaborating with Legal when necessary.
- **Onboarding and Offboarding**:

- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, contributing to a seamless and positive employee experience.
- **Training and Learning**:

- Collaborate with training teams to ensure effective utilization of learning platforms.
- Coordinate and follow up on training initiatives to enhance employee skills and development.
- **HR Processes and Data Accuracy**:

- Work closely with shared services team to ensure accuracy in HR processes and data.
- Collaborate with shared services in responding to employee queries and resolving issues promptly.
- **Performance Management**:

- Drive performance management processes, ensuring compliance with Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and addressing grievances.
- Collaborate with Global HRBPs on rating grievance cases and provide necessary support.
- **Statutory Compliance**:

- Work with Delivery to support customers' statutory compliance requirements.
- Support shared services in managing and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.
- **Retention and Attrition Management**:

- Collaborate with Global HRBPs on retention cases to retain key talent.
- Analyze exit interview data and implement actions to address issues and control attrition

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 11 months

Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
