**About the Job**

As a HRBP, you will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.

What you will do:

- Running the HR operations
- Preparing the HR MIS using Zoho People (HR MIS Digital Tool)
- Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Talent hiring, interview process, onboarding and initial orientation to newly hired employees
- Dealing with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
- Assisting in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc)
- Communicating with various vendors and agencies for verification checks, insurance, etc
- Handling internal employee engagement and communication
- Running learning & development initiatives

What you need to have:

- Any Graduate or Post-Graduate with equivalent skills of HR
- At least 1+ years of in-depth and hands-on professional experience as HRBP/ HR-Ops/ HR-Generalist
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic analytical skills
- Attention to details
- Administration skills
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and Word and PowerPoint
- Highest level of integrity, intellectual honesty, and strong work ethic
- Intense commitment, and willingness to go above and beyond when needed
