We are hiring a HRBP who can join us immediately in our Pune client IT office. We require an HR Business Partner for an IT client in Pune. The ideal candidate will possess 3-8 years of experience post Full time MBA in HR, and a proven track record in managing the employee lifecycle. Excellent communication, articulation, and demonstrable employee sensitivity are essential. This is a full-time, on-site, individual contributor role with a five-day work week.
Role & responsibilities
As an HR Business Partner (HRBP), you're responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle, from attracting talent to onboarding, developing, retaining, and ultimately, offboarding employees, while aligning HR strategies with business goals and acting as a strategic consultant.
Here's a more detailed breakdown of the HRBP's role across the employee lifecycle:
Performance Management System -Manage, track, and evaluate employee appraisals seamlessly.
Onboarding:
Create a Smooth Onboarding Experience:
Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding program that helps new hires integrate into the company and their roles.
Provide Support:
Offer guidance and support to new hires as they adjust to the company culture and their new roles.
Ensure Compliance:
Ensure that all onboarding processes are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
3. Development & Engagement:
Identify Training Needs:
Work with managers and employees to identify training and development needs, and develop relevant programs.
Facilitate Development:
Support employee development initiatives, such as mentoring, coaching, and career advancement opportunities.
Promote Employee Engagement:
Implement strategies to improve employee engagement, such as recognition programs, team-building activities, and open communication channels.
- Retention:
Address Employee Concerns:
Act as a point of contact for employees with concerns or issues, and work to resolve them in a timely and effective manner.
Promote a Positive Work Environment:
Help create a positive and supportive work environment that encourages employee retention.
Analyze Turnover Data:
Monitor employee turnover rates and identify potential causes, and develop strategies to improve retention.
5. Offboarding:
Manage the Exit Process: Oversee the exit process, ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed and that employees are treated with respect and professionalism.
Conduct Exit Interviews: Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Maintain Records: Ensure that all employee records are accurate and up-to-date.
Preferred candidate profile
3-8 years experience in IT company as an HR/ HRBP/HR Generalist handling entire employee life cycle -Onboarding to Offboarding
Can join immediately to 10 days max
Full time MBA in HR
