**Job Details**:
**Position Focus**:

- Act as a strategic HR partner for the GCC vertical, aligning with Business Heads, HR leadership, and CoEs to deliver HR outcomes.
- Drive core HR programs including performance management, employee engagement, and talent development.
- Partner with Account Managers to provide visibility into people issues and proactively flag any potential impact on client engagement.
- Ensure all people-related decisions are legally compliant and aligned with company policies, while advising business and delivery managers on sensitive employee issues and client-impacting situations.
- Handle employee relations matters with fairness, transparency, and legal compliance.
- Lead employee satisfaction and engagement surveys, analyze feedback, and partner with stakeholders to design and implement action plans.
- Support cultural alignment between client expectations and Systems Plus values.

**Desired Skills & Experience**:

- 5-6 years of experience as HRBP, preferably in GCC environments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and influence stakeholders effectively.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret people metrics, resolve conflicts, and recommend actions.
- Professionally mature, adaptable, and able to make balanced decisions while working independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
