Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Site HR Business Partner (HRBP) to manage the end-to-end HR & administrative functions at our Pune site. The role will focus on HR operations, strategic planning, employee engagement, payroll, compliance, and talent development, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and creating a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including systems, policies, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Handle special HR projects to support business requirements.
Strategic Leadership
- Develop HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Partner with leadership to integrate HR plans with business objectives.
Talent Acquisition & Development
- Lead recruitment and onboarding processes for site roles.
- Design and execute training, career development, and succession planning initiatives.
Training & Development
- Develop comprehensive training programs to upskill employees.
- Foster a continuous learning culture and support skill enhancement.
Payroll & Compliance
- Manage complete payroll processes, including calculations, deductions, and reconciliations.
- Oversee compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
- Manage executive compensation including bonuses, incentives, and equity awards.
Employee Engagement
- Drive engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace.
- Enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and organizational culture.
Desired Qualifications & Skills
- 6–8 years of HR experience with exposure to HRBP/HR Operations roles.
- MBA in HR from a reputed institute.
- Strong understanding of payroll, compliance, and compensation management.
- Proven ability in strategic HR planning and execution.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹1,500, ₹2,000,000.00 per year
