Job Title: Commercial Property / Society Manager

Location: Wagle Estate, Thane

Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to manage day-to-day operations of our commercial society. The candidate must have prior experience in managing commercial premises with sound knowledge of society bylaws, statutory compliance, and property administration.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day functioning and upkeep of the commercial property.

Ensure compliance with society bylaws, cooperative housing/commercial society rules, and statutory requirements.

Manage facility operations including security, housekeeping, parking, lifts, and utilities.

Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for maintenance and projects.

Handle tenant/owner queries, communication, and conflict resolution effectively.

Maintain records of accounts, budgets, and statutory registers in coordination with the committee.

Support the Managing Committee in conducting meetings, drafting notices, and ensuring timely documentation.

Monitor collection of maintenance charges and handle follow-ups for dues.

Oversee statutory compliance like fire audits, lift licenses, property taxes, and renewals.

Requirements:

Graduate or equivalent qualification.

Prior experience (minimum 3 - 5 years) in managing commercial/cooperative properties.

In-depth knowledge of society bylaws and statutory compliances for commercial premises.

Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and basic accounting.

Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month (based on experience).

Pay: ₹300, ₹400,000.00 per year
