Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager – Outsourcing Accounts to join our team at our Thane, Mumbai office. The role involves managing client accounts, supervising outsourcing operations, and ensuring smooth finance and procurement processes. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical abilities, leadership qualities, and a solid understanding of compliance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee and manage outsourcing of accounting and finance operations for multiple clients.

· Supervise procurement processes and ensure efficient financial workflows.

Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support client decision-making.

· Ensure timely compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to maintain seamless operations.

· Lead, guide, and mentor team members to ensure service quality and timely deliverables.

· Identify process improvements and contribute to enhancing operational efficiency

  • Manage end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping services for international/domestic clients.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards (Ind-AS, IFRS, or US GAAP as required).
  • Handle accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, payroll processing, and fixed asset accounting.
  • Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements – GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act filings, etc.
  • Work closely with client stakeholders to understand requirements and provide customized accounting solutions.
  • Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal teams for smooth delivery of services.
  • Prepare management reports, MIS, cash flow statements, and variance analysis for clients.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and assist in automation/digitization initiatives.
  • For senior roles: Review work of juniors, provide training, and act as a point of contact for clients.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in outsourcing management, finance operations, or related roles.

Proficiency in Procurement, Finance, and Accounting processes.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently while managing and motivating a team.

Sound knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. (CA / Semi Qualified) (preferred)
