**Role: Outsourcing Accounts Executive / Senior / Manager**

**Location**: Thane (W), Mumbai
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping services for international/domestic clients.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards (Ind-AS, IFRS, or US GAAP as required).
- Handle accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, payroll processing, and fixed asset accounting.
- Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements - GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act filings, etc.
- Work closely with client stakeholders to understand requirements and provide customized accounting solutions.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal teams for smooth delivery of services.
- Prepare management reports, MIS, cash flow statements, and variance analysis for clients.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and assist in automation/digitization initiatives.
- For senior roles: Review work of juniors, provide training, and act as a point of contact for clients.

**Key Skills & Competencies**
- Strong knowledge of Indian and International accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, SAP, Oracle, or Xero).
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
- Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- **Executive / Senior**: B.Com/M.Com/CA Inter/Semi-qualified CA with 1-5 years of relevant experience in outsourced accounting.
- **Manager**: Qualified CA/CPA/ Semi Qualified with 1-10 years of experience, including team management and international client handling (Optional).
