The Allied Outsourcing is looking for Customer Care Executives for a large US Law Firm.

Responsibilities include:
1. Answering client queries via phone and chat in professional and courteous manner.

2. Ensure case files and documents are organized and readily available for the lawyers.

3. Update case notes with the interactions with the client.

4. Manage communication with Clients on the progress of a case.

5. Follow up with insurance companies and health care providers for the medical documents.

6. Set up client information in the CRM software.

7. Flexible to undertake other responsibility that the business may require.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Technical support: 1 year (required)
