Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Manage paid campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve lead generation, acquisition, and conversion goals.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and generate actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
  • Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of proven experience in performance marketing / digital marketing.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other ad platforms.
  • Experience in SEO, SEM, remarketing, and lead generation strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Strong communication, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.
