Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Help and guide customers in starting their journey on our product.
  • To Develop customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty, ultimately improving customer lifetime value and reducing churn.
  • Ensures all customers are successfully using the product or service they've purchased from the company.
  • Need to be the first face for the customers and should be available to answer any in-bound questions and provide support.
  • Creating Excel reports showing client status as on date.
  • Sharing usage reports and other statistics with clients.
  • Updating client party data in the software for service modules.
  • Assisting in creating PowerPoint presentations (training will be provided).
  • Updating CRM and handling a few other assigned tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
