Your Role:
- Collaborate with the founder to help clients identify the right assessments based on their business objectives.
- Consult clients on effective implementation of skill assessment programs.
- Provide insights to the technical team to enhance product development and resolve platform issues.
- Take ownership of daily operations with a consultative approach to client management.
- Exhibit a go-getter attitude, a sense of humor, and team spirit.
What You'll Need:
- Strong client understanding and consultative skills.
- Inclination to work on a technology-driven platform.
- Critical analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication in English—clear, concise, and adaptable at all levels.
- Self-confidence, accountability, and a proactive mindset.
Experience: 3-4 Years
Qualification: Graduate (related to IT) but preferably B.E and B.Tech.
