You'll manage day-to-day operations, consult clients, contribute to enhancing our in-house product while developing a critical analytical mindset and coordinating with the technical team ensuring positive leadership alongside.

Your Role:

  • Collaborate with the founder to help clients identify the right assessments based on their business objectives.
  • Consult clients on effective implementation of skill assessment programs.
  • Provide insights to the technical team to enhance product development and resolve platform issues.
  • Take ownership of daily operations with a consultative approach to client management.
  • Exhibit a go-getter attitude, a sense of humor, and team spirit.

What You'll Need:

  • Strong client understanding and consultative skills.
  • Inclination to work on a technology-driven platform.
  • Critical analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication in English—clear, concise, and adaptable at all levels.
  • Self-confidence, accountability, and a proactive mindset.

Experience: 3-4 Years

Qualification: Graduate (related to IT) but preferably B.E and B.Tech.
