We're looking for a team of Chefs to join our culinary team and bring creativity, precision, and dedication to the kitchen.

What you'll do:

Jr Sous Chef
- Manage day to day kitchen Ops, maintain inventory, hygiene protocols, menu trials, monitor consistency in food and staff performance, coordination with other supporting departments.

Chef de Partie -
Assist leading chefs in daily operations, maintaining daily logs, food consistency, leading the sections.

Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standards.

Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety protocols.

Contribute ideas for menu development and improvements.

Support the team in ensuring smooth service during busy hours.

What we're looking for:
Prior experience in a professional kitchen.

For Jr Sous and CDP
- Knowledge of modern style cooking, use of equipment, textures of food and clear on the basics.

A passion for food, flavors, and learning.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude.

Team player with a willingness to grow.
