We are looking for a skilled Chef De Partie to join our team at DoubleTree Suites By Hilton, with 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Indian cuisine and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Roles and Responsibility
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance culinary offerings.
- Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, minimizing waste and optimizing costs.
- Ensure compliance with food safety protocols and quality control measures.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef De Partie in an Indian cuisine setting.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavor combinations.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to maintain attention to detail and adhere to high standards of quality and presentation.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils, including saut pans, tandoors, and spice racks.
- Adaptability to changing situations and priorities, with a flexible and positive attitude.
