Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chef De Partie at the Bengaluru Marriott Hotel Whitefield. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for preparing and presenting dishes as per the hotels standards, overseeing the kitchen staff, ensuring the quality and consistency of dishes, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Additional tasks include inventory management, adhering to food safety regulations and supporting the Head Chef in daily operations.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in culinary techniques, food preparation, and kitchen safety
- Experience in inventory management, ordering supplies, and cost control
- Leadership skills and ability to manage and train kitchen staff
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred
- Previous experience in a hotel kitchen or fine dining establishment is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
