Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Chef De Partie. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, managing the daily preparation of food items, ensuring the highest standards of quality and hygiene, and assisting in the development of new recipes. The role includes training junior chefs, managing inventory, and ensuring timely and efficient service. The Chef De Partie will work closely with the head chef and other kitchen staff to maintain a seamless kitchen operation.

Qualifications

  • Strong culinary skills in food preparation, cooking, and plating
  • Experience in managing a specific section of the kitchen
  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and kitchen operations
  • Ability to train and mentor junior kitchen staff
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality results
  • Creative thinking and innovation in developing new recipes
  • Experience in the food industry or culinary arts is beneficial
  • Culinary arts degree or relevant certification is advantageous
