Talent Acquisition Specialist / OPT Recruiter – Night Shift

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated
Talent Acquisition Specialist (OPT Recruiter)
to join our US staffing team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates — specifically
from the bench
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and shortlist
    bench candidates
    for US IT positions.
  • Actively work with consultants holding
    all valid US visas
    (H1B, H1 Transfer, GC, GC EAD, USC, etc.)..
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors, consultants, and hiring managers.
  • Handle the full recruitment cycle: sourcing → screening → negotiations → adding to Bench.
  • Sourcing profiles on time using job boards, social media, vendor networks, and internal databases.
  • Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, onboarding, and documentation.
  • Maintain daily/weekly reports on submissions and candidate pipelines.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an
    OPT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Analyst
    in US staffing (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of US work visas (H1B, H1 Transfer, GC, GC EAD, USC, etc.).
  • Ability to work exclusively during
    Night Shift (US Timings)
    .
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Must be proactive in engaging bench consultants and generating high-quality submissions.
