Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The responsibilities include managing the full recruitment lifecycle, collaborating with hiring managers to identify current and future staffing needs, sourcing and screening potential candidates, conducting interviews, and managing employer branding initiatives. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in driving an effective and efficient hiring process to meet the company's talent acquisition goals.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
  • Strong competencies in Employer Branding and Recruiting techniques
  • Proficiency in Interviewing and candidate evaluation methodologies
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver on recruitment objectives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in talent acquisition for consulting, technology, or sales-oriented organizations is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is preferred
