Position Overview

The
Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
will support the
Senior HR Manager
in driving end-to-end recruitment across departments, ensuring timely hiring and high-quality talent acquisition. This role is ideal for a hands-on recruiter with strong sourcing skills, a keen understanding of business needs, and the ability to manage multiple hiring mandates simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Strategy

  • Work closely with the Senior HR Manager and business heads to identify hiring requirements across departments.
  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offers.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct headhunting.
  • Build and maintain a strong database of active and passive candidates for future requirements.
  • Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.

2. Employer Branding & Candidate Engagement

  • Represent the company as a professional and trusted employer to all candidates.
  • Draft clear and appealing job descriptions for various roles.
  • Engage with potential candidates through social media, events, and professional platforms.
  • Maintain relationships with high-potential candidates for future opportunities.

3. Recruitment Operations & Reporting

  • Maintain detailed recruitment trackers, dashboards, and hiring status reports.
  • Coordinate interview logistics, feedback collection, and documentation.
  • Support background verification and onboarding activities for new hires.
  • Prepare and present hiring metrics to the Senior HR Manager for review.

4. Process Development & Improvement

  • Contribute to improving recruitment processes and documentation.
  • Support the implementation of HRMS/ATS tools for better tracking and reporting.
  • Assist in creating standard templates and workflows for smoother hiring operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (real estate, construction, or allied industries preferred).
  • Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, talent mapping, and recruitment analytics.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, LinkedIn Recruiter, and leading job portals.
  • Self-driven, organized, and able to handle multiple requirements independently.
