Role Overview
As the BDE, you will lead
SOLVIS ecopower
's B2B sales strategy in India, driving revenue growth by securing high-value clients and building strategic partnerships. You will oversee the sales pipeline, mentor field sales executives, and position our eco-friendly products as the preferred choice for businesses. This role demands a proactive leader with a passion for sustainability and a proven track record in B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a B2B sales strategy targeting key accounts in hospitality, healthcare, and commercial industries.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building with distributors and corporate clients.
- Lead negotiations, close high-value deals, and ensure client satisfaction to foster long-term partnerships.
- Mentor and guide field sales executives, setting clear targets and providing strategic direction.
- Collaborate with third-party marketing agencies to align sales pitches with brand messaging.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches and identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, track sales performance, and report progress to the Manager.
- Represent SOLVIS ecopower at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in FMCG, chemical, or sustainability-focused industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing enterprise accounts.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) and MS Office.
- Familiarity with hospitality or healthcare sectors is a plus.
- Passion for eco-friendly products and sustainability.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in any regional language is an advantage.
