Role Description:
To support customers as they transition from sales prospects to active users of your products. To focus on customer loyalty and building long term client relationships and keep the customer on the platform while supporting them to use it effectively
What do we need?
Should have strong organizational and presentation skills.
Adept and conscious of the required soft skills to build and manage relationships
Tendency for Relationship Building
Strong analytical ability
Excellent in MS Office and usage of analytics and data platforms
Strong ability to understand Product and demonstrate that knowledge to the user
High Customer emphasis and commitment
High quality process design and implementation
Strong knowledge of the SMB segment and SaaS business
To be able to connect with the customer over both their success and frustrations to develop along-term bond.
Focus on adding value and reduce attrition- oversee the onboarding process to help and usage. Ensure there is consistent usage of the product
. Bridge the Gap between Sales and Customer Support- To be both salespeople and support professionals. Be a relationship manager that expands customer accounts, increases retention ,solves issues and drives customer satisfaction.
Location: Head office, HSR Layout,Sector- 1, Bangalore

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
