Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist based in Bengaluru. Responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer support to ensure client satisfaction, addressing technical and non-technical inquiries, resolving customer concerns, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. The role will require effective communication with clients to understand their needs, providing prompt solutions, and collaborating with teams to optimize services and processes.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Support and a strong focus on maintaining Customer Satisfaction
  • Outstanding Interpersonal Skills to effectively communicate with diverse clients and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of Technical Support processes and the ability to resolve technical inquiries efficiently
  • Excellent Analytical Skills for problem-solving and improving customer experiences
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an office environment in Bengaluru
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously
  • Experience in HR services or organizational support is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred
