Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist located in Bengaluru. The primary responsibilities include assisting customers with inquiries, providing exceptional support, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

  • Proficiency in Customer Support, with strong Customer Satisfaction and Interpersonal Skills.
  • Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
  • Prior experience in customer service or related fields is a plus.
  • Make Outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
  • Provide information about products/services and generate interest.
  • Maintain call records and update customer details in the database.
  • Follow up with leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification 12th pass
  • Graduation is advantageous.
  • 0-1 years of experience in customer support
