Role Description

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support and Technical Support to assist clients effectively
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Phone Etiquette to maintain positive and professional communication
- A keen focus on achieving high levels of Customer Satisfaction through timely and effective problem resolution
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and manage time efficiently
- Experience in customer service or related fields is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background is preferred
