Role & responsibilities

We are looking Senior Manager-Recruitment with our organization. Location will be Rajender Place New Delhi.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid, senior, and leadership-level roles across industries and functions.
  • Partner closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and organizational fit.
  • Engage and manage client relationships, ensuring timely delivery and quality of hire.
  • Track and analyze hiring metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Drive training, mentoring, and KPI-based management when the team is formed.

Candidate Profile:

  • 10+ years of experience in recruitment, with core expertise in mid-to-senior-level hiring.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in leading recruitment teams.
  • Held a Manager or Senior Manager role for at least 3 years, preferably in a recruitment firm or staffing agency.
  • Strong track record of delivering on senior hiring mandates across PAN India or global markets.
  • Excellent communication, client engagement, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and grow the recruitment vertical strategically.

Proficiency in tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Job portals, ATS platforms, etc.

Preferred candidate profile

We need a person for the Senior Manager Recruitment/Head-Recruitment position who can handle business development, recruitment, delivery, and P&L. Initially, it will be an individual contributor (IC) role, and a team will be built as the number of positions increases
