Job Title : National Head – Branch Operations

Location: Head Office, Karol Bagh, New Delhi

Employment Type: Full-Time | Senior Management Role

Role Overview

The National Head – Branch Operations will be responsible for ensuring smooth, efficient, and standardised functioning across all Drishti IAS branches in India. This senior leadership role involves supervising branch-level performance, staff management, infrastructure readiness, and adherence to organisational standards. The position is based at the Head Office in Karol Bagh and requires regular travel to branch locations.

Key Responsibilities

1) Lead and oversee day-to-day operations of all Drishti IAS branches across India.

2) Ensure branches adhere to company standards in academic delivery, administration, infrastructure, and student services.

3) Develop, implement, and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for uniformity and efficiency.

4) Review and improve operational KPIs including cost control, utilisation, and student satisfaction.

5) Conduct regular performance audits and branch visits (10–12 days/month).

6) Supervise and mentor Branch Heads / Managers, fostering accountability and performance excellence.

7) Oversee branch budgeting, expense control, and resource allocation.

8) Coordinate closely with Academic, HR, Finance, and Facilities teams for seamless branch functioning.

9) Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and quality standards at all branches.

10) Handle escalations related to operations, infrastructure, or student experience promptly.

11) Support branch expansion and setup of new locations, ensuring operational readiness from day one.

Qualifications & Experience

1) Graduate (preferably in Engineering or Management - Master's degree preferred).

2) 8–15 years of proven experience in operations, administration, or centre management — preferably in the education, coaching, or training sector.

3) Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience of leading multi-location teams.

4) Sound understanding of budgeting, cost control, and performance tracking.

5) Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi & English.

6) Practical skills of Problem-solving, and stakeholders (civil administration etc) management.

7) Willingness to travel 10+ days per month across various branch locations.

1) Experience in managing educational or service-based branch operations.

2) High sense of ownership, discipline, and attention to detail.

3) Analytical mindset with comfort in using MIS, dashboards, and reports.

4) Strong organisational and execution skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.

5) Collaborative working style with cross-functional teams.
