Candidate must be from: Beauty / Cosmetic / Personal Care / FMCG industry only.

Role & responsibilities
- Candidate must have experience on on-boarding new modern trade account from scratch at national level.
- Managing listing in national key accounts, running of monthly promotions in all accounts.
- Handling National Modern Trade retail accounts throughout PAN India like, Example- Reliance, Metro cash n carry, Vishal Mega Mart, Dabur New U, Best Price, D-Mart, etc.
- Generations & follows up on new business opportunities.
- Negotiation and generation of PO's from local buying managers through team or self-servicing of PO's in coordination with supply chain for stocks.
- Ensuring 100% fill rates to MT accounts by managing stocks at distributors and right forecasting.
- Reconciliation of sales promoti3ons budgets/ Invoices with coordination from Accounts and Finance team.
- Handling Trade Activation for MT Accounts for Merchandising Activities like new launches, Visibility and Promotions conducted at the account level.
Candidate profile -
The candidate must have end to end knowledge of Modern trade business and tactics.
The primary responsibility of the Modern Trade role is to identify opportunities and develop relationships with Retail Giants in the assigned market to target and enhance product sales. The candidate is expected to take charge of overall Modern Trade Outlets across the PAN India
- Candidate must have end to end exposure on on-boarding modern trade account.
- Making Modern Trade business strategies.
- Mandate to have experience in FMCG / Cosmetic / Beauty / Personal Care Industry.
- Should be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing
- Should have good analytical skills.
- Should be a good listener, able to respond to the client and handle different situations with Demonstrated ability to initiate business.
- Must have demonstrated ability to create sales/relationship opportunities with clients, prospects and consultants in assigned market segments.
