Modern Trade Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets in modern trade outlets.
 - Build and maintain relationships with regional and national modern trade outlets such as Reliance Retail, More Retail, etc.
 - Develop and manage partnerships with e-commerce outlets such as Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, Blinkit, Zepto, JioMart, etc.
 - Negotiate listing fees effectively with various outlets.
 - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
 - Provide regular sales reports and analysis to the management team.
 - Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
 - Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure product positioning and pricing aligns with market demand.
 
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Modern Trade Sales Manager in the FMCG industry.
 - Strong connections with regional and national modern trade outlets and e-commerce platforms.
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
 - Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales-related software.
 - Willingness to travel as required.
