Sales Coordinator – Job Description

Position Title: Sales Coordinator

Company: Akash Steel Crafts Pvt Ltd

Location: VASHI

Salary Range:

Reports To: Sales Manager / DirectorKey Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily sales operations and act as a central communication point between the sales team, production, dispatch, and clients.
  • Track and follow up on sales inquiries, quotations, orders, and deliveries.
  • Maintain and update sales databases, order trackers, and CRM software.
  • Support the sales team with documentation, email communication, and back-end tasks.
  • Ensure timely updates to clients on order status, delivery schedules, and any delays.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, outstanding orders, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain close coordination with dispatch and accounts team for billing and delivery alignment.
  • Assist in resolving client issues or escalations, ensuring client satisfaction post-sale.

Required Skills:

  • Strong coordination and multitasking ability.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
  • Good written and verbal communication in English and Hindi.
  • Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage time-sensitive tasks under pressure.
  • Familiarity with steel products or industrial goods (preferred but not mandatory).

Preferred Profile:

  • 2–4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Graduate (Commerce/Business/Engineering background preferred).
  • Should live within 30–45 minutes of the office.
  • Should be reliable, organized, and a team player

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22, ₹25,000.00 per month
