**Job Title**: Sales Co-Ordinator

**Reports To**: Sales Manager / Head of Sales

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for sales support and administration
- Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, and invoices accurately
- Maintain up-to-date customer and sales data in the CRM system
- Coordinate between customers, sales representatives, logistics, and other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Track order status and resolve any issues related to delivery, payments, or customer queries
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management
- Support the planning and coordination of sales meetings, presentations, and events
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales processes and procedures
- Maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external customers

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and CRM tools (e.g., Asana)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A customer-focused mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is preferred
