**Salary**: 30K-35K

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team.
**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Support & Coordination**:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team in daily operations, including preparing quotes, proposals, and customer correspondence.
- Manage and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, reports, and sales performance tracking.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- **Order Management**:
- Process sales orders and track the progress from inquiry to order receipt
- Liaise with customers regarding order status, potential delays, and any issues that may arise.
- Maintain inventory and shipment records, ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch.
- Handle and close small orders and repeat orders as well as Spares & AMC
- **Customer Communication**:
- Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring quick and accurate responses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Assist in coordinating customer visits and product demonstrations.
- **Sales Reporting & Analysis**:
- Generate and maintain sales reports to track performance against targets.
- Analyze sales data and provide insights to the sales team and management to drive improvements.
- Assist in the development of sales strategies and promotional activities.
- **Documentation & Compliance**:
- Ensure that all sales documentation, contracts, and records comply with company standards and legal requirements.
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams for contract negotiations and payment processing.
- **Process Improvement**:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the sales cycle and propose solutions to increase efficiency.
- Assist in optimizing the sales pipeline and maintaining CRM database integrity.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- **Education**:
- **Experience**:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales coordination role, preferably in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems, sales order processing, and customer relationship management.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Basic understanding of engineering processes and manufacturing workflows.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with sales and inventory management software (ERP systems is a plus).
- **Soft Skills**:
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Proactive, with the ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.
- **Additional Skills (preferred)**:
- Knowledge of engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Experience in project management or handling complex sales cycles.
- Familiarity with the manufacturing industry's supply chain processes.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
