Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Support & Order Management:
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently received from the sales team or directly from customers.
- Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices, and order confirmations.
- Coordinate order fulfillment by liaising with the warehouse, dispatch, and logistics teams in Vashi.
- Track order status from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely execution.
- Manage documentation related to sales and delivery (e.g., delivery challans, invoices).
2. Customer Relationship Management:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding order status, product availability, and pricing.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally, coordinating with the relevant teams.
- Gather customer feedback and communicate it to the sales and management teams.
3. Data Management & Reporting:
- Maintain and update the customer database and sales records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
- Track sales team performance metrics and assist in sales analysis.
- Monitor inventory levels in coordination with the warehouse to ensure product availability.
4. Coordination & Communication:
- Act as a communication bridge between the sales team, customers, and internal departments (logistics, accounts, warehouse).
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team as required.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and marketing collaterals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a sales coordination, customer service, or admin support role. Experience in the FMCG, fresh food, or retail industry is a significant advantage.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel for reporting and PowerPoint).
- Experience with Tally or other accounting/ERP software is highly preferred.
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Language: Excellent command of written and spoken English and Hindi. Knowledge of Marathi is a plus.
