Position - Sales Coordinator

**Functional Area**: sales coordination.
Main responsibilities will be:
1. Act as the primary point of contact for all sales coordination activities related to international clients.
2. Ensure seamless communication and collaboration between Sales, Pre-Sales, Logistics, and Accounts departments.
3. International Proposal Preparation
4. Order Acceptance & Generation of PI
5. Working closely with the Sales and Accounts teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness of sales.
6. Payment Tracking and Follow-Up with concern sales person
7. Monitor and trace client payments, proactively following up to ensure timely and complete transactions.
8. Oversee the dispatch process, coordinating with internal departments and clients to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
9. Proficient in using sales and SAP software to manage and track sales activities.
10. Maintain a holistic approach, ensuring all aspects of the sales process are in order, from proposal creation to product delivery, in the dynamic manufacturing environment. **Knowledge of SAP is must**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
