Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Navi Mumbai for a Sales Coordinator. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team through sales coordination, handling customer service inquiries, overseeing sales operations, and supporting communication within the sales department. Other tasks include maintaining sales records, preparing necessary sales reports, and ensuring the smooth workflow of the sales processes.
Qualifications
- Sales Coordination and Sales Operations skills
- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Experience in Sales
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Experience in the paint or related industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
